Once the Meat is procured from slaughter house, it is unloaded in the chiller. From this stage the procedure at our unit begins.

Deboning
The first step is that of deboning, wherein insertions are made & the bones are removed from the meat. This is done by skilled workers who hold appropriate experience of the process. We ensure that the insertions are made properly and the de-boned is done as required.





Processing
Processing
Once the deboning is done, the Meat is processed according to the requirements. The Meat is processed accordingly in flakers, grinders, mixers, fat analysers etc.

After processing, the Meat is weighed and segregated into certain weight slabs and moved further for packaging.

When weighed & segregated, the Meat is fresh packed hygienically with safe & food-grade packaging. These packagings ensure freshness & original taste retention. They even prevent growth of harmful bacteria & prevents the Meat from being spoiled.

The packed MEAT are then pre-chilled in order to retain the quality & longevity.





Blast Freezing

The normal refrigerators are not equipped to effectively remove heat from Meat placed inside it. So, they are placed in the blast chiller that offers greater heat removal capacity and utilizing high-velocity, convected air directed through the product zone to promote fast, even cooling of foods. The rapid temperature pull-down accomplished by these systems provides extended safe storage life and improved the quality of the Meat.

Further, the Meat is Plate Frozen which is a quicker method where containers are sandwiched between two refrigerated plates and frozen in from 30 to 90 minutes.AT - 40 Degree Celsius





Packaing
Once the Meat is removed from plate freezer/BLAST FREEZER, they are packed & sealed as perCONSUMER requirement. Our products are labeled & marketed under the brand names of "Mark" and "Riyaz".

After the packaging is over, the products are shifted into our cold storage division where they are stored until shipment.AT- 20 Degree Celsius
